RL was kind to pick up this helmet for me from RPM Cyclery. I like to ride the trails with my MP3 player and earbuds on. I know that it can be dangerous at time, one of our buddies broke his collar bone trying to adjust his earbuds.
Simply plug in your MP3 Player of choice (noticed I didn’t say Ipod) and away you go!
The helmet has built in speakers right above the ear area allowing for the ear to be uncovered.
Here’s how it looks on me:
I won’t be able to test it on the trails this weekend, but hopefully next week I’ll post my experience.
