Working Out at Home

Grace and Priscilla had been taking spinning classes, I usually use my commute as training. Unfortunately, my work hours changed and my 20 mile commute was sadly reduced to 9.6 miles. Also, one of the spinning classes was rescheduled to an earlier hour making it impossible for Grace to attend that session. We need to train for the Muddy Buddy so we decided to work out at home.

Robix 3000B

Our good friend Henry Hsieh from KHS Bicycles happens to be the “Fitness Guy” at KHS and he was kind enough to lend us a Robix 3000B Studio Cycle to test.

Robix 3000B

Grace rode the Robix and I attached the DiamondBack Transporter to the Kurt Kinetic Trainer. We both tried one of the Spinerval workouts that came with the Trainer. Grace liked the Robix 3000B, her first impression is that is that the quality of this Spinning bike is better than the ones that she had tried on the Gym.
