Great to see others get their kids into mountain biking. I got my daughter involved in it last year. She was 8 years old. I told her that if she kept up with me and liked riding the trails I’d buy her a bike like I had (I ride a specialized). She kept up with me on her 20 inch walmart bike and didn’t even complain about a few bumps and scrapes she got from falls. So this spring I got her a new mountain bike. Now I’m the one that has to work to keep up with her on the trails.
