I received my new bike just under a week and I must say that even though the pictures are great in this review, having this bike in front of you is a dream. Their customer service can't be beat. For the money I think they are some of the best bikes around. I always go check out my 3 local bike shops. They have some nice bikes, but comparables are always $1400 or $1700. I jus can't justify paying that much when I can get a sweet ride from Ibex for $700 or $1000. I figure I'll keep stepping up until I get to the Ignition Super or whatever their new model is in a few years.
