		<description>Yup.  Used to do this trick when I was in ROTC (college in the PI where it rains A LOT).  I used the plastic bags that the loaf of bread comes in.  Its shaped close enough to a tube sock and long enough to go past the tops (collar) of my jungle boots.</description>
