Pre-Ride Snack

Not sure about you, but I like to go for rides after a long, hard day at the office. But once in a while, I’ll need some extra energy for my legs for my ride and what I typically do is eat something at least 1-2 hours before I get on the trail.

My preferred pre-ride snacks are M&M’s.

If those aren’t available, I’ll settle for cookies.

These simple sugars help keep me energized during the ride and they don’t sit too heavy in my belly, which means less chances of throwing up…How about you? Do you have any pre-ride snacks?
