I’ve been trying to shake off this cough of mine. But can’t seem to do it. And it’s been weeks since I last rode. I was feeling a bit better so I decided to go out for a short ride.

29 BRR

This was taken just before I went out for my ride. If you’ve been reading up on this site, you would notice that the 29er bikes are the hottest topics going these days. But the only thing 29er related to my ride was the temperature. It was 29brr degrees when I went out. Snow flurries were dropping, my face practically froze, ears felt like they were going to fall off, and I couldn’t feel my fingers. My feet felt fine. I used the old plastic bag trick. It really works. I got up to about two miles before I started coughing again. I didn’t want to push it too much so I turned around and headed back.

Even though it was just a short ride, it felt great being on the saddle again. I have to get rid of this cough. And I can’t wait to hit the trails again.
