When you are a man, sometimes you wear stretchy pants in your room. It's for fun.

I hate climbing….

I hate climbing! But I know if I grind it out for a little bit it pays off since I love to zoom down the hills and the single track.

But what’s funny is, I have a few buddies that I ride with that love to climb. It’s actually their favorite part of the ride.

Some don’t even really care for the big hills or the nice singletrack since they love the peace and nature they get to experience while riding.

Here’s a shot of my buddy Mikey (who loves to climb) and I on our way up a 2 mile climb on a trail called Turnbull Canyon in Southern California.

This climb sucks! Like I’ve said its two miles long. But the down hill is the best part of it…at least for me it is.

Here’s some techinal aspects of Turnbull Canyon, thanks to Geo Ladders.

Time (avg): 1:35 minutes
Distance: 10.2 miles
Ascent: 2,202 feet
