The other day the Shipping/Receiving department of MtnBikeRiders.com received a new set of brake pads from a company with the coolest name in the business….DISCO BRAKES!

They sent me the Explorer Cartridge V Brake All Weather All Terrain Brake Shoes and Replaceable Rubber Pads.

Here’s the specs:

These multi-function pads are designed with an air intake to cool them down during prolonged braking. The longitudinal grooves improve wet weather performance & the tip has been designed to clear dirt.

Upgrade V-Brake pads complete with re-useable Cartridge Holders.
