One reason that I love mountain biking would be the post ride meals. In fact, that’s what I look forward to on our Thursday night rides. I’m sure you can tell, but I am a major FOOD fan. I love food and food is inFATuated with me, emphasis on FAT.
So here’s what I enjoy after a good ride. In no specific order.
Wet, Red Sauce Carnitas Burrito. This is my ultimate favorite.
McGriddles! I have a feeling that God himself made this just for me!
Fried zucchini from Farmer Brothers
Last but not least, I LOVE cupcakes. I’m not much of a “cake” person. But I can eat up to 3 cupcakes, especially if they are red velvet.
But after seeing Animal’s Super Burrito from last week’s ride, I may have to try that out. However, I’m curious to know what you like as a post ride meal? Don’t bother commenting if you’re one of those fitness people that only have a piece of fruit and a protein drink. I want to know if you indulge in the greasy goodness like I do…unless I’m just a glutton and I’m the only one in the world that does that…
